Art in My Primary Classroom

Art in My Primary Classroom  is a 20-page booklet describing my art program. Art plays a very important role in my class. I believe that children should be encouraged to use their own ideas so they can express themselves and grow in self-confidence. The booklet includes many photographs and examples of how art is incorporated into all areas of the curriculum. Through their art work students respond to field trips, classroom visitors, books, science activities, and social studies lessons. Included are suggestions for individual, partner, and group work.
